The life I lived was't good
It wasn't the life a christain should live
I was falling back, Losing my mind
Making mistakes that shouldn't have been made
My life was a mess waiting to go away
The things I did were not okay
I tried to die tried to say good bye

But then you found me here
Found me in the place of darkness
Brought me up to the light and led me through the valley

Now he's hurt and depressed
He tried to kill himself tried to die
His heart came to stop but then he came back
He must of been meant for a purpose
He must have a reason to live,

And now you found him

Brought him to the light and led him trough the valley

There must be a purpose for each and everyone of us
If you are there to help us
If you are there to save us
If you are there to lead us through these valleys
And we thank you god for giving us a purpose
